These Mobile Terms and Conditions apply to the Kenyon Chiropractic Appointment & Care Alerts Program (the “Program”) operated by Kenyon Chiropractic Center, Dr. Sonja Kenyon, DC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opting into the Program, you agree to receive recurring SMS or MMS text messages to the mobile number you provided.
1. Program Description
The Northeast Chiropractic Appointment & Care Alerts Program provides patients and prospective patients with text messages related to:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Scheduling updates
- Office notifications
- Limited health and wellness updates
- Administrative communications related to your care
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time.
To stop receiving messages, text “STOP” to the short code or replying number.
After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, you may opt in as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
